非径向管板焊接接头的超声检测

对AP1000压水堆核电站安全壳贯穿件的非径向管板焊接接头结构特点进行了介绍,并分析其超声检测工艺的重点和难点。通过建立统一的缺陷定位坐标系并结合被检构件的几何特点进行综合分析,推导得出了h值(缺陷回波最高点距套管外壁的距离)的计算方法。为超声检测对这类焊接接头缺陷的准确识别和定位提供了行之有效的方法,为解决这类焊接接头的超声检测技术受限区提供了行之有效的措施。     

Effect of phosphogypsum on saline-alkalinity and aggregate stability of bauxite residue

A column experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of phosphogypsum (PG) on the saline- alkalinity, and aggregate stability of bauxite residue. Results showed that: with increasing leaching time, the concentrations of saline-alkali ions decreased while the concentration increased in bauxite residue leachate; compared with CK (control group) treatment, pH, electric conductivity (EC), exchangeable sodium percentage (ESP), sodium absorption ratio (SAR), and exchangeable Na⁺ content of bauxite residue were reduced following PG treatment; average particle sizes in aggregates following CK and PG treatments were determined to be 155 and 193 nm, respectively. SR-μCT test results also confirmed that bauxite residue following PG treatment acquired larger aggregates and larger pore diameter. These results indicate that the PG treatment could significantly modulate the saline-alkalinity, and simultaneously enhance aggregate stability of bauxite residue, which provides a facile approach to reclaim bauxite residue disposal areas.     

Research on phase shift characteristics of electromagnetic wave in plasma

The phase shift characteristics reflect the state change of electromagnetic wave in plasma sheath and can be used to reveal deeply the action mechanism between electromagnetic wave and plasma sheath. In this paper, the phase shift characteristics of electromagnetic wave propagation in plasma were investigated. Firstly, the impact factors of phase shift including electron density,collision frequency and incident frequency were discussed. Then, the plasma with different electron density distribution profiles were employed to investigate the influence on the phase shift characteristics. In a real case, the plasma sheath around the hypersonic vehicle will affect and even break down the communication. Based on the hypersonic vehicle model, we studied the electromagnetic wave phase shift under different flight altitude, speed, and attack angle. The results indicate that the phase shift is inversely proportional to the flight altitude and positively proportional to the flight speed and attack angle. Our work provides a theoretical guidance for the further research of phase shift characteristics and parameters inversion in plasma.     

4,6-二氯嘧啶合成工艺研究

4,6-二氯嘧啶是一种重要的化工中间体.研究了反应温度、溶剂种类、催化剂种类、催化剂用量和反应物投料配比在4,6-二氯嘧啶合成过程中对反应的影响.结果 表明,在以邻硝基甲苯为溶剂,苄基三乙基氯化铵为催化剂,且催化剂用量为4,6-二羟基嘧啶质量的2％,n(4,6-二羟基嘧啶):n(三光气)=1∶0.8,反应温度为100～110℃的最佳条件下,产品收率可以达到93.4％.     

含锡废液的安全处理技术研究

论述了两级沉淀法对含锡废液的处理技术,通过实验得到两级沉淀法处置含锡废液的最优条件,实现了含锡废液的安全有效快速处理.     

PVC树脂生产中产生塑化片的原因与改进措施

分析了PVC树脂生产中产生塑化片的原因,针对储槽搅拌器、离心机、星形下料器和输送管线提出了改进措施,并在料仓底部下料管线处增加了振动筛,改造后效果良好.     

抗FGF-2纳米抗体抑制碱烧伤诱导大鼠角膜血管新生

目的：研究抗成纤维细胞生长因子（FGF-2）纳米抗体对碱烧伤诱导的大鼠角膜血管生成的治疗作用。方法：将SD大鼠分为：假手术组（Sham），模型组（Model，直径为3 mm的浸有1 mol/L NaOH溶液圆形滤纸贴于大鼠眼角膜中央处30 s，制备大鼠碱烧伤血管生成模型）和治疗组（Treatment，术后7天至21天用3 mg/mL的抗FGF-2纳米抗体溶液滴眼，每日3次，每次10 μL，共14天）。通过体视显微镜和CD31免疫组织化学染色计算大鼠角膜血管生成情况。实时荧光定量PCR、酶联免疫吸附测定和免疫组织化学染色3种方法检测抗血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）和FGF-2的mRNA和蛋白表达水平。结果：（1）血管：治疗组较模型组的面积显著减少，血管管腔较窄（P<0.05），在药物干预14天后，差异最为显著；（2）FGF-2的mRNA和蛋白表达水平：模型组与治疗组的结果相近（P>0.05）；（3）VEGF的mRNA和蛋白表达水平：治疗组显著高于模型组（P<0.05）。此外，假手术组的持续给药也使得VEGF表达显著增加（P<0.05）。 结论：抗FGF-2纳米抗体可抑制由碱烧伤诱导的角膜血管新生，但也使得正常大鼠角膜或病理大鼠角膜的VEGF表达水平代偿性升高。     

乘用车悬架静强度与疲劳载荷研究

为了快速获得平台悬架静强度与疲劳载荷,本文依据某A级平台5款量产车型试验场道路栽荷数据,以前麦弗逊悬架为研究对象,先对轮心载荷幅值进行统计分析,根据应力-强度干涉模型,得到该平台前悬架的强度载荷边界,及其与车辆满载轮荷的G载荷系数.再通过研究5款车型车轮轮心疲劳伪损伤与轮荷的关联关系,得到该平台悬架的疲劳栽荷.此方法可快速获得同平台悬架静强度与疲劳载荷,省去实车道路谱采集并提升了工作效率.     

一种大量元素水溶肥料的制备及其在玉米上的喷施效果

根据玉米需肥特性设计氮磷钾比例,制备了含中微量元素的大量元素水溶肥料,产品氮、磷、钾比例为2∶1∶4,属于高钾中氮低磷型.在河北省安平县前子文村和浙江省新昌县孟家塘村玉米上开展了叶面喷施试验.结果表明:玉米生物学性能得到改善,玉米产量、出籽率、百粒重与容重得到提高;与空白对照相比,平均增产率为5.45％,平均纯增收896.40元/公顷,平均产投比为5.43∶1.
